Located in Northern Virginia, RealDesigns is a BIM solutions company that provides modeling and on-site staffing services to government agencies, A/E firms, and building contractors. Our work is performed in the United States and never outsourced overseas.

Founder of RealDesigns LLC with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the AEC industry. Josh has worked as the CAD/BIM Manager for a large government general contractor with a secondary role as a construction project manager. One of his favorite BIM applications is Revit software, which he has been using since July of 2004.
He studied Civil Engineering at George Mason University with a minor in Construction Management. Currently he is attending UCLA-Extension in preparation for the (PMP) exam.
Tiffini JonesProject Manager
Tiffini has over 9 years of experience in managing projects in the high-end architectural design field. She has developed CAD/BIM standards at various firms and has a wide range of knowledge of BIM software and workflows.
She studied Business at George Mason University and received a diploma in drafting from The Maryland Drafting Institute.
Alonso RodriguezQuality Control Manager
Alonso has over 6 years of experience in the construction industry and 2+ years in architectural design and detailing. Currently seeking his architecture licensure in the state of Virginia.
He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and recently received his LEEP AP certfication.
Darwin CarreBIM Consultant
Darwin has over 8 years of experience in the architectural field. He has worked with various well known firms in multi-family housing and interiors planning. He graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a Masters Degree in Architecture.
Mike TolbertCAD Manager - Mike has over 4 years of experience in electrical and plumbing design with a focus in control systems. He graduated from ITT Tech with a degree in Drafting and Design.
Anthony RobehmedBIM Specialist - Anthony has over 6 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He has been working with various MEP firms in implementing BIM software.
Amir JarjuriBIM Specialist - Amir has over 4 years of experience at various firms in the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical industry. He has completed extensive training in various BIM applications.
Naddia CluteController - Naddia has recently completed her Associates Degree in Business. She is currently attending University of Maryland at College Park for Accounting.
